Descripción
Is the valve amplifier in a black tin-box with a cherry wood front panel.
Test en TNT Audio
Amplifier contains two output stages in ultralinear design, using high quiescent current. Input signal from one of the five inputs is connected to the volume regulator through the input selector using input relays and adjusted input is connected to the record output. From the volume regulator, the signal is passed to the first stage with 12AX7 triode in common cathode mode. Second stage is realized with ECC81 triode as an amplifier and phase inverter. The power pentode are matched, with stabilized control grid bias. The amplifier output is provided with output transformers which allow connecting of 4 and 8 Ohms loudspeaker systems.
The amplifier is provided with controlled heating voltage and delayed connection of anode voltage and with stabilized heating voltage for the 12AX7 and ECC81.
